Evacuation PlanThe Fire Safety Order states that; The responsible person must provide his employees with comprehensive and relevant information” If a fire or other emergency occurs, you must have an emergency plan detailing the process and procedures to deal with the emergency. It is important that you plan and prepare for all eventualities. The emergency plan should be produced following your Fire Risk Assessment and should be based on the outcome of the survey. The emergency plan should be in writing and available for all staff, occupiers and enforcing authorities to see.
