We also ensure that the work carried out is appropriate to your needs, and that the cost is proportionate to the level of risk. But you can always rest assured that our fire risk assessments will be carried out to a high standard, by qualified personnel, to give you maximum peace of mind.

  • We will visit your premises and carry out a full fire risk assessment audit in line with the requirements of the fire safety order.
  • A full report will be produced with photos and recommendations to improve the general fire precautions.
  • A maintenance log book will be provided for your continued use.
  • A full debrief on the findings of the audit will be provided.
  • We will review your policy and evacuation plan and provide alternative arrangements were necessary

HOW LONG DOES AN ASSESSMENT TAKE?

The Fire Risk Assessment is based on either half or full day practical on-site assessments,

Site inspections can take from 4 hours to several days depending on a number of factors including size, layout, type of occupancy and use of buildings.

Following the practical on-site risk assessment you will receive a detailed legally compliant written report covering all areas of the assessment, this will include, in addition to a Management Overview:
