As a Group Manager within the UK Fire Service, Rob was responsible for the efficient and effective management of a Local Authority Fire Safety Enforcement Team for over 8 years.
He also gained valuable experience liaising with other professional bodies responsible for fire safety matters, including:

• Solicitors
• Licensing Bodies
• Local Authorities
• NHS Trusts
• Other fire safety related specialists

Tony Leach

Amongst the variety of posts held by Tony during his career, he served as the senior training officer for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service. This gave him responsibility for all aspects of training for both uniformed and support staff throughout the Service. In addition he was the lead Officer responsible for implementing a new national Integrated Personal Development Strategy (IPDS) within Gloucestershire.

Some of the many areas of experience and skills developed over his career are:-

• Recruitment and Selection
• Initial and ongoing professional training
• Equalities and Diversity
• National Fire Service Examiner.

Tony has recently worked as a fire consultant in Kuwait, helping to develop a training centre for Firefighters within the petrochemical industry.
