“WORKING TOGETHER TO MANAGE FIRE RISK”
Responsible Person/ Fire Risk Assessments
Current fire safety legislation now put the onus on the ‘responsible person’ to carry out a ‘suitable and sufficient’ fire risk assessment. Responsible persons under the order are required, following a fire risk assessment, to implement appropriate fire safety measures to minimise the risk to life from fire and to keep the assessment up to date.
Partnership working
At R&A Fire Risk Consultants Ltd we work in partnership with businesses to ensure both compliance with the law and also to create a safer working environment for your company and staff.
R&A Fire Risk Consultants Ltd are an independent company who do not promote or sell any other fire safety related products. This ensures that you only get our high quality, unbiased professional advice and service.
We are also fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Fire Risk Audits
As part of your legal obligations you should also carry out a periodic review of your current fire risk assessment. R&A Fire Risk Consultants Ltd can undertake a fire risk audit to ensure you are fully up to date and compliant with current fire legislation.
Staff Training
It is VITAL that you have adequate numbers of trained staff to assist in maintaining a safe working environment. We can facilitate training courses for your staff by skilled trainers to ensure that your fire safety plan remains appropriate and effective. Subjects covered are Manager Training & Fire Marshal Training.
